Here you will find special services to aid in getting help and getting online. Below is a short description of each service listed in the lefthand navigation menu.
Account Statistics (beta)
As you may know, the bandwidth shaper on our network monitors the amount of traffic each resident uses weekly (see our Network Information page to learn more about the bandwidth shaper). You can use the Account Statistics service to see how much bandwidth you've used this week.
Remote Assistance
Having some problems getting online and need some assistance? You can use the Remote Assistance service to get interactive help without having to leave your dorm or apartment.
